Laser machining can either be used for prototyping or high-precision cutting on thin-film materials with a microchannel as small as 100 micrometers wide. A through-hole with a 50 um diameter can also be achieved.

Hochuen has know-how on a large range of materials that can be laser cut with optimal laser parameters. These materials include:
